Major Declared?!

Okay, so I've been thinking (once again)... Early Childhood Education would be a fun career. I love children, and being able to teach them critical skills that will be important for them to know for the rest of their lives is actually one of the most rewarding jobs I can think of. Just last month something happened to me that I would have never seen coming a million miles away. I was 1 of 6 selected as a finalist to win a $100,000 Scholarship to ANY school of my choice. At that time I had a declared major, and wasn't looking back. I had my mind set, but that was before I actually won the Scholarship. Winning a Scholarship with such magnitude my brain began to flip through ideas like I was looking through the pages of a book. I began to think that I could do anything I ever imagined, such has my dream to become a Pediatrician. Well, a month has passed since I won, and I'm really taking this time to sort through all my ideas and that is when Early Childhood Education popped back in my mind. It definitely wouldn't take me 100K to graduate with a degree in teaching, so I figure I won't stop with just a Bachelor's degree in Education but I will shoot for that Doctorate degree. Anything is possible if I just set my mind to it.

Now that I'm declaring my major... the next question is, where do I want to transfer for Summer 2009?! Until next time:)
